Effective leadership teams establish structures and supports to enhance application of PBIS with fidelity by guiding and monitoring implementation activities. These coaching systems are necessary for consistency, dissemination of information, and dependable communication across large geographical regions. This session will focus on state-level implementation and describe various formats currently used for coaching nationwide, state-wide, and regionally through cross-system collaboration.
