Designed to lessen the social, emotional, behavioral, and academic impact of COVID-19, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 will provide welcome funding. This session will provide a set of recommendations on investing the funds to provide short-term relief while simultaneously building local implementation capacity to outlast the Act’s funding.
